Image Usage and Release

However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, Life in Focus Photography LLC’s liability shall be limited to reshooting the session or providing a refund of the fees paid. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Life in Focus Photography LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s use or display of the photographs.
